Toy Borrowing for the Community

The Toy Library offers a wide selection of toys, equipment, and games available to borrow, promoting sharing and affordability. We are a community hub with a café, lounge area for parents, playground, and space for monthly events. We also offer a baby essentials packages, to reduce cost of those large and bulky baby items that you’ll only use for a few months, not only is it affordable it promotes sustainable practices.

The Toy Library serves as a community center, providing a wide array of toys, equipment, and games for borrowing, akin to the concept of a book library, fostering a culture of sharing and affordability. Furthermore, we provide a baby essentials package for rent at a minimal cost, ensuring accessibility for all.

The Toy Library offers more than just a toy lending program. We also provide affordable baby furniture rentals that, a community hub with a café, a lounge area for parents, and a variety of programs, workshops, and resources for families. Additionally, we host monthly events like children's clothing exchange days, among others.

  We promote sustainability by allowing families to access high-quality toys without the financial strain of purchasing them. Each person intrested will be required to sign up for our annual membership in order to borrow from The Toy Library. Families who do not wish to participate in the mebership will still have access to the library and the toys. This resource-sharing model helps reduce waste and encourages a community-centered environment. The Toy Library provides families with the opportunity to discover an extensive range of educational toys and games through a borrow and return, system granting endless possibilities of enjoyable and enriching activities for children. We advocate for sustainability by enabling families to utilize top-notch toys without the economic burden of buying them. Our model of resource sharing contributes to waste reduction and fosters a sense of community.

The membership model is affordable and we offer a range of membership options to accomidate each families needs. Memberships begin at $50.00 annually.  The Toy Library provides families with the opportunity to discover an extensive range of educational toys and high end and games through a borrowing system; granting endless possibilities of enjoyable and enriching activities for children. Our goal is to enable families access to utilize top-notch toys without the economic burden of buying them. 

We appreciate all contributions. As a not-for-profit organization, your support is the backbone of our work. Your contributions enable us to give back to the community in meaningful and impactful ways. We are always in need of volunteers who are eager to assist with logistics. Monetary donations are greatly appreciated and are tax-deductible. Additionally, gently used toys and baby items, ranging from clothing to furniture, are welcome.
